Balanced Flavor May 28, 2015

The watchword here for Keurig's "Official Donut Shop" brand coffee is balance. The body and roast come it at a slightly milder than average rating, while acidity and bitterness are also perfectly aligned right in the middle of our scale. Not especially strong, not weak, not leaning toward acidy, not leaning toward bitterness. Nothing really jumps out here--just a good balanced cup of coffee.
